Is it a problem to keep a Belgian bank account open if I've moved to another EU country and want to update my mailing address to outside BE with the bank?

Bpost has simply stopped delivering packages, in my Brussels commune at least. They conveniently lose them and no one can find them.
Am I the only one in recent weeks/months receiving so much junk mail?My server puts it straight to Junk but I still have to clear out between 30 and 40 each day.

My commune/city hall has told me that I can apply for 5 years card in Oct/2020.
However, my card expires in Feb 2021.
