Dear all, in my rent contract it is stated that I can move out within 1 month notification. I did notify my landlord April 3 and want to move out May 31.
The landlord I have contract with asked me to pay the rent not to him directly but to the third party person who suppose to be a property manager.

Does PoA should be registerd by a notary in Belgium?
For example I want to athorised my friend to receive a rent payment from my tenants, but the contract is on my name as I am the owner?
