Does anyone have any experience with receiving "prime fin d'annee" Are there any criteria's in receiving an end of year bonus? Such as length of time in the company.

I am employed in Belgium since last 5 years (still waiting for 5 year card / permanent residence) from commune.
Recently arrived in Belgium (Brussels) and whilst I look for permanent employment, I cannot just be sitting around.

How does unemployment benefits work when you move from country to country? I am especially thinking of having it or not having it.
