Electric bus to connect upper and lower Brussels

14:54 01/05/2016

To increase accessibility to Brussels city centre, the Brussels government this week decided to introduce an electric city bus that will run from Avenue Louise to Rue Antoine Dansaert, writes De Standaard.

The bus, which will be smaller than a standard STIB bus, may also be authorised to drive through the pedestrian zone, hopes Brussels mobility and public works minister Pascal Smet, in order to facilitate shopping in the city centre.

Is this city run by idiots? Lack of access has never been the goddamn issue in the centre! Just because the restaurants whine and complain doesn't make it a fact!
