Robbie Williams rehearsing in Brussels

12:08 06/06/2013

British singer Robbie Williams is currently rehearsing in Brussels Expo’s Palais 5, in preparation for his forthcoming ‘Take The Crown’ European tour, which kicks off in Dublin on June 14, and reaches our shores on August 3 with a show at the King Baudouin stadium. He performed two songs (Bodies and Come Undone) for journalists at Palais 5 yesterday, before giving a handful of interviews. Williams is in Brussels for about a week, but his production team has been in the capital for about a month. Palais 5 was chosen because "it is one of the few arenas that can accommodate a stage designed for a stadium," said tour organisers Livenation. More than 31,000 of the 50,000 available tickets have been sold so far, according to Livenation. Back in 2006, Robbie Williams had played the same stadium two nights in a row, with 108,000 tickets selling out within hours.
