Hi! A company informed me of their own initiative that my mazout tank (1160 Auderghem)has to be inspected every 5 years (underground, 3000 litres). This seems to be correct in Flanders, at least.
Our boiler has stopped working and we have been told that the problem is a broken pump that needs replacing. We have been quoted €650 to have this done.

I was wondering if anyone know how long it takes more or less to do a l’état des lieux for a 75 square meter 2 bedroom flat that is newly constructed? How much does it cost approximately?
I have by e-mail said yes to rent an apartment but haven't signed anything. Is my yes by e-mail legally binding or can I still pull out of it?

Something fell off and our bathtub got chipped, exposing the black metal underneath, size of an euro coin. Apartment is from 70s and so not a very new bathtub.
