Bathtub got chipped

Something fell off and our bathtub got chipped, exposing the black metal underneath, size of an euro coin. Apartment is from 70s and so not a very new bathtub.

* Bathroom also needs new tiles
* How will I re-paint/fix that chipping.

-Are there any professionals who can renovate bathroom, repair bathtub etc?
-Any recommendations for a specific professional?
