Does anyone know the average cost of applying for planning permission for a 150m2 - 200m2 house? And how much could I expect to pay an architect or engineer to produce plans?
We dropped something on a ceramic floor tile that left a hole that needs to be repaired. Does anyone know who would do this kind of work in Belgium?
