Win tickets to A Voice of Ireland Charity Gala Concert at Bozar on 27 October
Charity gala concert A Voice from Ireland celebrates the enduring ties between the Emerald Isle and Europe through music at Bozar on 27 October.
Internationally acclaimed Irish tenor Emmet Cahill performs at the musical evening alongside renowned uilleann piper Mark Redmond and the Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra, the Brussels Philharmonic Chorus, under the direction of David Navarro-Turres.
Singing familiar Irish melodies, as well as extracts from operas and musicals on themes of exile, separation, resilience and hope, the concert is a rare opportunity to enjoy an Irish-themed programme of music in the fabulous setting of Bozar’s Henry Le Boeuf concert hall while supporting good causes.
Cahill is a global phenomenon who is hailed as Ireland’s “most exciting young tenor”. As the star of the international group Celtic Thunder, he famously sold out his debut concert at New York’s Carnegie Hall and also enjoys a highly-successful recording career.

Organised by the Association Femmes d'Europe, the charity concert is part of the Official Programme of the Irish Presidency of the Council of the European Union.
The Gala is made possible thanks to the generous support of Microsoft, Ibec, Culture Ireland and the Embassy of Ireland in Belgium.
Proceeds from the evening will support projects in Europe and worldwide that mainly help women and children; focusing on education, training and health programmes. The Association Femmes d'Europe is a philanthropic, apolitical and independent organisation based in Belgium that boasts 750 members.
Tickets are priced at €70, €55 and €40 and are available from the Bozar website.
