Must-have Brussels Cultural Guide brings out 2019 edition

The 2019 edition of the Brussels Cultural Guide has just come out - a must-have resource for navigating the rich seas of events, festivals and exhibitions swirling through Brussels.

This year's guide adds a personal touch to the listings by including the hand-picked selections of five culture experts in the city.

"The idea of the guide is to cover the whole cultural life in Brussels," says Guy de Bellefroid, the guide's editor and director of the Fondation pour les Arts.

"This year we wanted a completely new formula - so we asked five journalists and editors to write about their favorites - so you have more than 100 coups de coeur rather than impersonal listings."

The guide features two to three dozen events per month, and the second half of the book is a complete practical listing of all the cultural venues in Brussels - from theatre to music and museums.

The guide is available in most bookstores in Brussels as well as Cook & Book and Café Léopold.
