Subtle and refined architecture
GEM’s architectural identity, designed by Axent Architects, strikes a balance between tradition and modernity. The front façade, clad in light limestone, conveys understated elegance. Glass railings bring visual lightness, while the top two darker levels host penthouses with open views, giving rhythm and volume to the building.
At the rear, the façade is animated by alternating recessed and projecting elements, creating varied and intimate outdoor spaces. A light-toned finish adds softness, while the sides of the building provide a seamless transition between the building’s two façades through the subtle interplay of textures and colours.
A project anchored in its time
Every detail of GEM has been carefully considered. From architectural features to material choices, each element aims to deliver a high-quality residential experience that respects its environment and meets contemporary expectations. GEM is more than a building—it’s a lasting lifestyle project.
