England Counties finish Belgian tour with crushing victory

England Counties completed their tour of Belgium with a 57-5 victory over the hosts’ national team in Tubize on Sunday, the Western Morning News' Bill Sobey writes. Cornwall skipper Ben Hilton (pictured) started the game in the second row with Redruth prop Darren Jacques coming on as a second-half replacement. Plymouth Albion centre Heath Stevens started on the bench for the England side, as he had done in their 78-0 victory over Belgium A on Wednesday. England Counties’ try-scorers were Sean Taylor (2), Chris Johnson, Tom Stradwick, Chris Harris, Jim Wigglesworth, Harry Broadbent. England also earned a penalty try in a dominant first-half display.
