Brussels’ Etesiane orchestra in search of host families for musicians this July

The Etesiane string orchestra is looking for host families in Brussels to accommodate musicians from 16 to 20 July and 26 to 27 July.

After touring abroad, the orchestra (pictured) is returning to the Belgian capital for summer rehearsals before heading off on a second tour in the Haute-Savoie region of France.

Founded and directed by Gabriel Hollander, the orchestra invites musicians and host families to share a few days together and to follow each other's activities. The musicians will have an opportunity to discover life in Brussels and the host family can find out about life in an international orchestra. 

All hosts will have the opportunity to join the list of 'Friends of Etesiane’ and attend rehearsals during the week; a live experience with the 12-member string orchestra. At the end of the rehearsal period, a final run through will take the form of an afternoon public concert on 19 July.
