When the new site went up on September 8, someone asked this question and received this reply "There's over 30.000 questions in our database, and it proved quite a challenge to transit them to the new site. For launch, we focused on the top 500 questions, while our devs are importing the full database over the full database over the next weeks."

Given that it's been almost three months, and in this time they have not even managed to fix the simple issue where when you click on a page number, you are taken to the bottom of the next page instead of the top, I would not hold my breath waiting for the old questions reappearing any time soon. I'm willing to be they are gone for good.
