Anyone else having trouble changing your password on this new site? I've just recreated a profile. It didn't ask me to create a password so when I go in to change it (to create one) it asks for my original password and won't allow to make a new one. I'm just going around in circles. Any advice?
When you go to log in, click on 'Request new password', then enter your email address. A link will be sent to you. The link takes you to a screen where you can enter a new password. Let me know if that works!
same problem for me almost two years later!
And me another year later....
I've had this problem for years and really surprised today to see that nothing has been done about it!!
I need to change my password but cannot do it on your site.
