X-ray follow up appointment

I had an Xray a few weeks ago at CHU Saint Pierre, over very quickly, paid and left. I then made a follow up appointment with the orthopedic surgeon which I have tomorrow. I suddenly wondered this evening whether I am supposed to have picked up the Xray results myself from the department or whether the doctor will have these already on his computer system? I know it's probably different from hospital to hospital but nobody told me anything and I don't want to waste my time and money for an appointment tomorrow if I am supposed to have done something beforehand. So I thought I'd check just in case! Any thoughts anyone? Thanks!
