Workshop decorating cupcakes

There is a parent of BSB who did exactly this during the Summer. I don't think it would be fair to publish her name without permission. If you contact the Community Office of BSB and ask for the lady who did the cake making courses for children as part of the Summer Academies, they should know who you are talking about and might pass on her contact details. The same lady does adult courses too.
