Work permit

Question

My husband (Belgian) and I (non-EU) are considering to move to Holland. I know my husband won't have any problems working in the EU countries in terms of a work permit, but do I, as a non-EU national, need to get a work permit if I want to work in Holland? Or is it like in Belgium - i.e. if you are married to Belgian/EU national, you are eligible to work in the EU countries? Thanks for your help!

I

Non EU nationals dependent on EU nationals for the first 5 years of exercising their treaty rights, must to do accompanied by the person they are dependent upon, they do not require work permits, wherever they live in the EU with their dependent. If they go to work in another EU country without their depended in those 5 years, they require a work permit to do so. After 5 years, they can leave behind their EU dependent and claim status as if they are EU, no work permit.
