Withdrawing money from Germany whilst using Belgian Fortis bank card

I am travelling to Germany . I have a question. Will i be able to withdraw money from my Belgian Fortis account whilst using my Belgian Fortis card? If yes, will there be axtra charges?

Yes you can, IF Your card has a cirrus logo on it (most cards have it) and in Germany you use a machine with the cirrus logo, again most machines have it. It is likely an extra charge will be added but I'm not sure how much.
