Which freeview box
we've just bought a smart tv (not actaully very smart at all) and now would like to get uk tv. My BIL has given us his satalite dish as he has recently left the country and now we are looking for a box. We would like to record and have the basic channels bbc, itv, cbeebies etc. we've been looking on amazon and tesco but opinions seem to vary and a lot of people talk about screens freezing and the recording not working.
Can anyone reccommend a box they are happy with.

Freeview is terrestrial UK TV. So you need to be in the UK to receive that. Will not work abroad.
With a satellite dish, that's another story. You can receive SKy, but you need the Sky box, of course. Another option is freesat.
