Which building?
I noticed a mysterious building on the side of the road where the Woluwe shopping center in Brussels is- It is on the corner of a street a bit before the shopping center, direction towards Rob's and it's a big fortified grey building with an big metal fence around it, with several cameras and it has a coat of arms with 3 stars on it - security looks extensive and the building looks like something out of the Soviet Untion. It looks like it could be an embassy, but from which country and why so fortified?
I am curious, anybody knows who this building belongs to? Thanks in advance for all answers
we were discussing last friday with my chinese colleague and if I remember correctly she mentioned something like the 'Chinese representation with Europe'. The symbol you saw is the chinese flag. Just beside there is the Chinese Visa Treatment Agency, so I guess they are concentrating some businesses over the area. I was also kind of amazed by the level of security, I counted over 20 cameras all over the perimetre and the high metal fence you mentioned. Maybe one day I'll witness a missile launch from my office's window ;-)
