Where to go: shopping for junior items?

Hi, I have been waiting for summer sale to begin and it's almost here...finally! I need to buy a junior car seat and a junior bicycle for my daughter and am thinking about travelling to a nearby Dutch or German city for bargain hunt this Sat. (Which is cheaper generally, Netherlands or Germany?) Does anyone have any recommendation? I found out that there's Babyone in Aachen which I think is equivalent to Baby2000. Any thoughts about the shop, or any recommendation for a store I should try in either country? Thaks in advance.
