My chef knife is getting dull and needs to be sharpened. Where can one get this done in Brussels? Preferably near Bailli/Louise or St. Gilles. Please don't advise buying a sharpener, I loathe doing it myself.

Maison Tilquin in the Galerie de le Reine near the Grand Place does it. We have not used them yet.
