where to buy a parrot

Hi we want to buy a Yellow nape parrot , we have done lots of reserch and are now ready to buy one

my question is where from ? we have found 1 pet shop in Bruxelles that does have one but I am more

of a shop around check what we are buying is what we want , second opinions and all , compare ,
