Where to buy confectionary for cake decoration

Have you checked at the Candy Shop located on Rue des Fripiers 7, near the Grand Place? It's the candy shop with all the bright pink neon lighting. I seem to recall jelly beans (and all sorts of candies) sold there, in different colors. You may also want to try Confiserie Royal located at Passage du Nord 17 in Brussels.
