What is the going rate for a (live-out) babysitter/nanny?

Question

For after-school care of two boys age 5 and 7, occasionally cooking dinner, ~30 hours/week.

In the black, 15 euro an hour?
Does the school not have a garderie service?

Have asked around a bit amongst parents at the school. It's 8-10 euro/hour, tending towards 10 for expats - who supposedly have better salaries :)
