water heater

Question

I have a hot water system in which the water heater for the taps is a white cylinder that looks like an electric heater but is actually a "tank" that is heated by a hot water circuit from the boiler. What is the name in French for this type of heater and can someone suggest where I can find them available rather than have to wait for an order?

best

You have a "boiler relié à la chaudière".
You need a plumber to replace it.
You can google the above for suppliers or trust your plumber.

I think you will replace with new one and don't wast your time on oldone. So contact with any local plumbing contractor and get advice from them.
