Ask the shop keeper where you purchased the machine from to give you the contact details for a technician to come and fix your washing machine.
Also check to see if your washing machine is under guarantee or warrantee. If it is new then there is usually a 2 or 3 year guarantee/warrantee.

I googled and it seems that your machine is 10 or more years old.
If that's the case, even if you can find a mechanic, you are almost certainly going to be better off buying a new one.
It's a sad fact of modern life but paying €60+ an hour plus VAT and the cost of parts makes no sense when set against the cost of a new one which will come with a guarantee.
