Hello. My wallet has been lost/stolen. I therefore need to get a new ID card from Ixelles commune. Does anyone know what documentation I need to have it replaced? Merci.

You need to make a report to the police, and you'll need a copy of their PV to take with you. Apart from that, nothing except a couple of photo's.
