Waiting weeks for access to CT website

I don't want to sound pessimistic but I was never able to book online on the CT website -- first because I was waiting for the login, then because there were no available spots before my CT expired. My advice is to go there early without booking. I was there at 7:30 and out not even one hour later when I went a couple of weeks ago.
