Vitamin E capsule for face

I purchase vitamin E capsules at Carrefour Planet, a box of 100 capsules costs around 7 euros (brand name: Biover). It's usually stocked in the vitamins/health care aisle (with all the other vitamins). I cut them up and squeeze the contents into the palm of my hand for skin and hair conditioning.
