Yes, there is a bio vegetarian cafe that has a set buffet i believe for 12 euros and is all vegetarian.

Mi-figue Mi raisin, i believe that's the name. It is after the carbanera restaurant, if you're walking towards ambiorix square, and before the ING bank.
