Vacation payment and holiday entitlement with ONVA

Hello all, I have a question I received a letter in early march request I fill out a form, requiring details of my bank account number so I am able to receive holiday pay as I worked a freelancer from September till december last year. I returned the form in April, does anyone know when I will receive this money and how is it calculated? Much help is appreciated. Thanks
