Question

I have a very old car I want to sell but it's been sitting in the garage so long the battery is dead it won't hold any charge at all. I would rather not invest in a new battery, I need one that will hold charge for a week at a time. Buying a used battery sounds like nonsense, but if is such a thing is possible can anyone direct me?

Are you selling with a car pass? Anyway -- Car batteries are not that expensive and be a selling point -- Here is my car and Ive put on a new battery. New batteries from Auto5 - or from an independant motor factor.

Slight subject change -- what make and model is it? My son is after a cheap car.

It's an ugly old car with an engine problem so I'll sell it to a garage for a small amount, and that's why I'd rather not spend any on it.
