unprofessionalism by XPATS website/team ... what can I do?
I put my stuff on sale on xpats by paying to xpats for putting an ad on the website.
The website changed and my ad was not migrated to the new site.
No action/resolution even after number of reminders. people pay and put ads for some purpose. I asked for refund and compensation but no response on this.
Isn't it unprofessional? What can I do? Does Xpats not take customers complaints/matters seriously? Do I have no other option except legal notice (for a small amount :-)))?
