United Airlines announces second daily Brussels-New York flight from spring
From 30 March 2024, United Airlines will connect Brussels and New York (Newark) twice a day, the airline has announced.
The American airline currently offers a daily service between the Belgian capital and New York.
Passengers from Brussels Airport can also reach New York (JFK) via Brussels Airlines and Delta Air Lines.
The announcement of United Airlines’ “largest-ever summer 2024 schedule” includes non-stop flights to other destinations in Europe such as Faro, Reykjavik, Rome and Malaga.
Its Brussels flights will be operated by a Boeing 757-200.
Saudi connections
In other travel news, Saudi airline Flynas will fly three times a week from Jeddah to Brussels Airport from 2 December.
The direct flights on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday will be operated by an Airbus A320neo, the airport announced.
