It shocks many how many sandwich makers in Brussels handle money and then make a sandwich touching everything with bare unwashed hands. Is there somewhere we can report these places to? Thanks

Could it be that Belgian people are used to a lack of hygiene themselves? I mean, they normally don't brush teeth after lunch, don't wash hands before and after a meal, they don't take a shower every day, they drop garbage out of cars to the roads... Do you see this behavior too or it is only in my surroundings?
