Question

I am 36 years old and have moved 7 months ago to Zaventem for work at an IT company, was working IT before in the UK where I resigned for this Job, it seems that me a the bosses don't see eye to eye is certain things and I might be laid off soon I think.

My contract states 6 months probation and then it is a permanent contract... from what I found out in case of dismissal I will get 3 months of pay together with my C4.

But will I qualify for unemployment benefits?

Can anyone help?

Yes, if and only if you would have got them in the UK.
But if you have resigned in the UK, then the answer is no.
Since you need to be fired and/or made redundant
