tv problem
Hi, My belgacom decoder seems to be working, the tv guide shows up on the tv screen, but
my tv scree is blank! no image/pic or sound comes on. Any idea why? New panasonic flat tv.
ANd i cant call 0800 numbers with my mobile!!! so problem contacting belgacom!!! The tv signal on the b box is flashing by the way, if that means anything. Please help if you can! Im fine but the kids are going mad!
Try turning everything off at the socket, leaving it for 10 minutes and turning it all back on again. Press the resent button on your router as well.
If that doesn't work swap around cables to see if that is the problem. I assume you are connected with an HDMI cable so try another one if you have one. Check that all the cables are pushed tightly into their points.
If you have a spare point for the cable on the back of the TV put your connecting cable into that and see if that helps.
