Trying to find renters for our house in Machelen, near Brussels

Hello, we're trying to find renters for our nice 3-bedroom house in Machelen, near Brussels. It's only 5km from Evere, but everyone keeps getting Machelen and Mechelen mixed up. Mechelen is much farther away, of course. Am I the only expat who knows where Machelen is? When I say "Makro", some people understand where it is, but not most expats. Also, since we're leaving Belgium at the end of the month, we would like to sell some of our furniture and household appliances, but if nobody knows where we are, I'm not sure how to proceed. Any advice? Thanks in advance.
