Trick or treating in Brussels?

Hello, I am American looking for any neighborhoods in Brussels that I can take kids trick or treating. I have heard they exist, and this will be the kids' first time trick or treating (they are French-American but have grown up in France), so they really, really want to go! They've been reading plenty of books and watching Halloween movies! Can anyone let me know of a neighborhood, or even Halloween party that may exist?

The east side of Woluwe St Pierre has an informal trick or treat, but you'd have to know someone to get the list which is circulated, if you live in the area and post your email here, someone might reply.
