Treasure hunt for kids birthday party

Hi
My daughter turns 10 and she likes treasure hunts (or similar quest activities).

We are searching a suitable property which we could rent for it (can be castle or similar) to provide some space and 'magic' environment... also the treasure hunt program itself but if not available we can also organize it ourselves.
Any ideas would be welcomed - and not necessarily in Brussels.
