I would like to know if in Belgium is mandatory for employers to reimburse the monthly traveling expenses for their employees. I would like to have my monthly abonnament of 40 euros reimbursed. Is it possible?

Your employer should pay for a percentage of an ANNUAL rail ticket - mine pays 84% - but not for a monthly or quarterly. I guess you start by asking your HR people. For the benefit of 'anon'. The idea is to get people to use public transport rather than driving to work.
