travel insurance

i'm an independent, resident in brussels, i travel a lot ( for business - important it seems... ) and need insurance which covers disruption to travel and laptop etc - any recommendations ? Not Mondiale - - I tried to claim twice - and discovered that they don't cover problems caused by an airtraffic controllers strike; a second time their 'comprehensive' insurance didn't cover electrical goods, spectacles, anything without a receipt... Do you have receipts going back 8 years ???!!! ) Many thanks.
