Question
Does anyone know of any travel agents in Brussels who sell tours to Central and South America in English (i.e English speaking tour leader)?

I suspect that the only way you will get such a tour is to book one starting in UK.
UK based tours tend to be cheaper than those starting in Belgium so you are likely to save money even though you have to get to UK at the start and end.
