Dear All,
Early 2015 I am contemplating resigning from my job that i dislike, I understand that if i quit my job i will not receive any unemployment benefit however, if i register with Actiris as unemployed would i qualify for free training as i plan to change career from a boring and tedious job?

Ask Actiris directly what training you will qualify for.
Not cleR what you're qualified to do, but unemployment rates are high right now and there's is an old saying it's easier to get a job when you have a job, can you change and train up in a new job. Remember your health insurance may be invalid if you don't work.
