I am planning to travel tomorrow from Brussels-Midi to Brussels airport by train. Is there any train strike by Union tomorrow ?

Yes, it seems so that they will be on strike.
You have 2 options, depending where you live:
- take bus no.12 to the Airport
- take the metro to Rodebeek and from there you take on of the 2 De Lijn buses that bring you directly to the airport.
