Question

hi, how can i know if i have to pay any traffic violation coz i have been controlled 2 weeks ago while riding a poppy scooter in opposite direction thinking i can ride a scooter on a cycle track, as mentioned in app.

You'll know if/when a fine arrives in your mail box. Typically a couple of weeks after the event.

How about you try not paying it?

Then you can come back in a few months time and whine about how much it cost you.

9.1.2.

1 ° When the public road has a usable cycle track, indicated by road markings as provided for in article 74, cyclists and drivers of two-wheel mopeds class A are required to follow this cycle track, provided that it is on the right in relation to the direction of their march. They cannot follow such a cycle path when it is on the left in relation to the direction of their progression.

When the public road has a useble cycle path, indicated by the signal D7 or D9, cyclists and drivers of two-wheel mopeds class A are required to follow this cycle path, provided that it is signaled in the direction that they follow. However, when such a cycle path is on the left in relation to the direction of their journey, they are not required to follow it, if special circumstances justify it and provided that they travel on the right in relation to the direction of their journey.

When part of the public road is indicated by the signal D10, cyclists must make use of it. (not mopeds)
