Question

Hello! Does anyone know of any stores with a better selection of tools and hardware than Brico or Mr. Bricolage? Among other things, we are looking for a long 3 mm drill bit. We live in Rixensart area but can travel a bit if needed. Thanks!

- Faster and more reliable than checking out yet another shop that doesn't have one

I much prefer HUBO to Brico. If you are living in Rixensart the closest HUBO may be the one in Wavre. However, the very best store for tools of all kinds is the one just south of Rixensart in Court St. Etienne. Unfortunately I can't remember the name of it, but if you head south from Rixensart after 10 to 15 km you will come to Court St. Etienne. Just as you arrive at the roundabout look straight ahead and you will see a large store selling all kinds of lumber. The store for tools is just around the corner. In fact you can use the same parking lot. It is where all the professionals go for tools.

Check out Clabots http://www.clabots.be/ they have a very good selection. There is a similar store Ixelles Rue de Printemps 43. called ITS International tool service that is very professional also.
