Titres Services and sick leave

Question

Hello,

We employ a cleaner on the titre services system for around 15 hours a week. Recently she has been sick and has missed some time with us. We have continued to pay her and will do so but I am wondering if she is also entitled to anything under the titres system? Have tried the agency but no answer.Thanks.

I thought titre-service employees received the same sick payments as other employees. I'd check with the agency that your cleaner has told them she/he is sick.
